Our studio and instructors provide you with
a supportive atmosphere in a non-competitive environment.
We offer "one on one" or duet sessions and small
group equipment classes providing for those that want a challenge
but require assistance. Our mat classes consist of classic
Pilates work or a workout using exercise balls, weighted balls,
resistance bands, flex rings and small weights if applicable.
Class size is limited to ten, giving you
individual attention and a sense of mental/physical accomplishment.
Clients must complete five private sessions or a group introductory class before joining mat classes.

Pilates is a unique method of overall fitness
using a mind body
connection. A goal of the Pilates teacher is to have the student
experience
movement as engaging, harmonious and rewarding.

Pilates is designed to start with basic fundamental
moves, advancing to more difficult exercise as your fitness
level and stabilization improve. Pilates’s focus on
building and engaging a strong core can propel your fitness
practice into new realms.

Our teachers provide our students a profound

Instructors
and students watch the astonishing science of Pilates controlled
movement, as the method becomes not only clear and concise
but creative and enjoyable.

means of core stabilization, one is able to achieve optimal
strength, flexibility and endurance. Pilates will help you
build a stable and strong center, with increased awareness
of posture and alignment. Results being not only a balanced
body but a balance of the body, mind and spirit.
