Pilates Pathway invites you to join us in our fully equipped private
studio. We offer you a multitude of program options, top quality
equipment and personal training. In your journey to a new way of
movement, our instructors will guide you through preliminary, beginning,
intermediate and advanced level programs.
Our studio has a personal approach to teaching
with innovative problem solving looking out for the personal needs
of our clients. Our highly qualified teachers will guide you to
use your body more effectively in your everyday life.
After an initial assessment, you will begin to
work with the Pilates basic principles gaining, awareness of your
body's strengths. Further progress in Pilates movements can improve
your overall health.

Sally Pidskalny
Sally Pidskalny is a certified Pilates Teacher reciving her
National Certification from Elizabeth Jones-Boswell, a Master
Teacher Trainer focusing on effective programming for all
populations. In addition to Sally's Pilates work, her background
includes a BS in Health Science and is a certified Personal
Trainer. Sally is the proprietor of The Pilates Pathway, Inc.
Our instructors will focus on muscle
imbalance, alignment/posture while enhancing your flexibility,
increasing core control with overall strength and balance.
Our purpose is for you to have a safe and fun workout while
meeting your goals. Emphasis is placed on quality
not quantity. Pilates is more than
working your "core" or abdominal muscles. Pilates
is a whole body movement integrating the mind, body and spirit.
